TERMS AND CONDITIONS - CLINIC TREATMENTS
- All semi permanent makeup (SPMU) procedures, including Microblading, are multi-session processes and reaching the final result may take up to 10 weeks.
- THE FINAL RESULT OF ANY SPMU TREATMENT WILL BE ACHIEVED NOT EARLIER THAN 4 WEEKS AFTER THE TOUCH-UP.
- At least one touch-up is absolutely necessary to reach the final result. Without at least one touch-up procedure, the treatment is not complete.
- Depending on the treatment, touch-up visits must be scheduled within 4 weeks from the date of the original procedure. We will reserve your touch-up date during the original procedure.
- If you do not get your touch-up in the agreed period or delay your touch-up for more than 4 weeks or do not show up for your touch-up, the pigments will be completely lost in 2 months and you'll have to pay the full treatment fee to get acceptable results, as your treatment would have to start over from scratch.
- You can change your appointment date and time free of charge if you contact us not later than 72 hours prior to your appointment.
- Any appointment changes requested when less than 72 hours is remaining to your original appointment, is subject to £200 surcharge.
- Semi permanent makeup procedures results depend heavily on your skin type, skin age, lifestyle and how closely you follow the aftercare instructions.
- If your skin is sun damaged (even from tanning beds), thicker than normal, uneven in texture, oily and/or if you are over 50 years old, the results may not be perfect after the first touch-up treatment heals.
- If this would be the case, you may need to book a second touch-up session with the fees listed on this website.
- Please check our maintenance section on this website to see the current touch-up prices.
- Furthermore, if you have oily skin and/or over 50 years old, the final results will not be as bright and clear as the results on a normal skin or younger client and an additional touch-up would most likely be needed. Due to the nature of semi permanent makeup, we are not able to guarantee exceptional results on oily skin and/or clients over 50 years old.
- Be prepared for the colour intensity of your procedure to be significantly larger, sharper, brighter or darker than what is expected for the final outcome.
- This is a time-consuming transition and it depends on how quickly the outer layer of your skin exfoliates. As much as 50% of the initial pigmentation might be lost during the healing period, this is normal and to be expected. While the ink pigments may initially simulate the exact colour and tone desired, it will not always remain a perfect.
- Although the pigment tones are constant in colour and density, the final colour tones on your skin will vary in time depending on exposure to cold, heat, sun and circulatory changes. For example, if you tan your skin and had a scar camouflaged, the surrounding skin will be darker in appearance than the treated area. There are many internal and external elements that effect the final outcome, the most important one is following the after care instructions very carefully and closely.
- If you do not follow the aftercare closely it is highly likely to have infections and lose almost all of the pigments and pay extra fees to get an acceptable result.
- Since delicate skin or sensitive areas may swell slightly or redden, some clients feel it best not to make any social plans for two to three days following the procedure.
- It is also important to point out that washing the treated areas for three full days is prohibited as soap, water and rubbing will surely dislodge ink pigments after a fresh procedure, mostly unevenly, which will also significantly and irreversibly shorten the lifespan and final result of the overall operation.
- You will also almost certainly get infected if you wash the area in the first 3 Days. We will provide you provided an Aftercare Information Pack after your treatment.
- Please follow the steps listed on this document closely and step by step, as failure to do so would certainly result in infection, extreme pigment loss and you would have to pay extra fees to get an acceptable result.
- Microblading treatments are applied as little as 1mm below the skin surface, that is why separate facial treatments or physical activities that would accelerate normal skin generation/replacement cycle, such as but not limited to; steam sessions, facials, sunbathing, sunbeds, chlorine from pools, anti-ageing creams, exfoliation creams, vaseline, bepanthene, oils, will definitely effect the pigment amount, colour, intensity and definition negatively, regardless of when they are performed.
- The tools, techniques, hygiene procedure and pigments we use are standard for all our clients for more than 12 years. The only variable in SPMU treatments is the skin on which the treatments are applied. Although we take every professional measure to reach the best possible results with our treatments, it is impossible to provide guarantees on the final result of any SPMU treatment provided at our clinic.
- Please be advised that the SPMU treatments can be applied for a maximum of 3 times (except BB-Glow) within 6 months. If you are using circulatory medication, pregnant, nursing, diabetic, have HIV, Hepatitis A,B or C, if you have healing scars or keloids on the treatment area, undergoing acne treatments or chemotherapy, allergic to beauty products or under 18 years of age, you would not be suitable for any SPMU treatment.
- If you are using blood thinning medication, have sensitive skin or bruise easily, there is a high risk of bleeding and sensitivity to pain. In some cases, we may not be able to treat you. Although we will ask you if you have any of the conditions listed above, it is your responsibility to inform us if you have or carry any conditions listed above before starting a treatment.
- After your first treatment, we will provide you documents explaining the post treatment care and what to expect for 6 weeks, please read and follow them carefully as failing to do so, will 100% shorten the lifespan of your treatment drastically and decrease the quality of your final treatments results irreversibly.
