Our courses run daily including Sundays. Feel free to share your preferred training dates with us.

After Step-1 we will get back to you within 10 minutes with detailed information and available dates.

We will move to Step 3 after mutually agreeing on your training dates.

To confirm a training reservation, a £600 reservation deposit payment is requested which is non-refundable and accepted towards your total training package fee. 

The deposit can be paid by card or bank transfers. After mutually agreeing on your course dates we will send instructions on how you can pay the deposit.

The balance of the course fee is due on or before the 1st day of the reserved training date, before the classroom session starts. The balance can be paid by card, bank transfers or in cash.

You will receive a reservation confirmation and pre-training documents immediately after the deposit is paid.

You will receive our pre-training documentation, including pre-training practices, along with a reservation confirmation and proof of payment, after you pay your deposit.

A download link for our "Infection Control" document will also be automatically emailed, if you paid the deposit with card, from our Online Store.

Depending on the SPMU course you chose, pre-training practices may take 3 to 4 hours. Please allow plenty of time for these practices, as they will provide essential support during your upcoming training session.

We do go over your practices during your classroom day, before the training session starts.

Training balance payments are calculated by subtracting the £600 deposit, from the fee of the chosen training package, that are listed on our website. In other words; £600 reservation deposit goes towards the total fee of the chosen training package.

Balance payments are payable via card, bank transfers or in cash.

The balance of the course fee must be paid up until the first day of your reserved training date, before the classroom session starts. 

Yes, but the 2 conditions listed below must be satisfied before a reserved date change can be confirmed:

1) The first condition is that the balance of the course fee must be paid, before a reserved date change can be confirmed.  

2) The second condition is that we only accept a maximum of two date changes. 

Yes you can cancel your reservation before your reserved training starts at our academy. Reservations can NOT be cancelled after the reserved training session starts.

Please be advised that the £600 reservation deposit and/or the course balance you paid is non-refundable, even if you cancel your reservation before (or after) your reserved training starts. 

If you do not attend the reserved classroom session(s) or leave the academy anytime during your classroom session(s) or if you decide to forfeit your reservation anytime during the reserved training dates, during the classroom sessions, before or after any classroom session, a partial and/or full refund will NOT be offered.

GMA semi permanent makeup courses take place only at our main training centre located at Brentwood/Essex CM14 4BA. We do not offer SPMU courses at any other physical location. 

We may not be close to where you live, but most of our students with long commutes prefers to stay at nearby hotels located within walking distance to our academy. The common feedback we receive from our students is: staying at a hotel for the duration of the course allowed them focus on the topics better.
