HOW TO BOOK AN SPMU COURSE WITH GMA

To reserve a seat, a £600 reservation deposit payment is requested.

Please be advised that, this £600 reservation deposit is non-refundable and accepted towards the total course fee.

We work with STRIPE for secure online payments and the full list of the electronic payment methods they accept are listed at their website: www.stripe.com

We also accept bank transfers for training deposit (£600) payments. Our HSBC UK business bank details are usually shared with our students during the training date availability communications, if they choose to pay the reservation deposit via a bank transfer.

After the deposit is paid, a reservation confirmation email/message and pre training materials will be sent via WhatsApp or Email.

Please note that, reservation requests are held for a maximum of 24 hours, without a paid deposit. Reservation requests are automatically cancelled, if the £600 deposit is not paid within this 24 hour period. Please feel free to let us know if you'd prefer to extend this 24 hour period.

You will receive our pre-training documentation, including pre-training practices, along with a reservation confirmation and proof of payment, after you pay your deposit. We are happy to email these files or send them via WhatsApp.

A download link for our "Infection Control" document will also be automatically emailed, if you paid the deposit with card, from our Online Store.

Depending on the SPMU course you chose, pre-training practices may take 4 to 12 hours. Please allow plenty of time for these practices, as they will provide essential support during your upcoming training session.

We go over your practices on the first classroom day, before the training session starts, that is why please to bring them with you.

Training balance payments are calculated by subtracting the £600 deposit paid, from the fee of the chosen training package, that are listed on our website.

Training balance payments are only payable via bank transfer, for our UK based students. 

Our HSBC UK business bank details and the payment schedule of the reserved course will be shared with our students within the reservation confirmation message or email, after the deposit is paid.

The balance of your training fee must be paid up until the first day of your reserved training date, before the course starts. 

Although bank transfers are preferred, considering the international banking costs and possible delays, we also accept cash payments from our international students, only in Pounds Sterling currency denominations. We always provide a proof of payment after any cash payment is received from our international students.

Cash payments unfortunately are not acceptable from our UK based students.

Yes you can, only if the following is met:

Training reservations where a £600 deposit is paid for a specific course and specific date can be changed to an earlier or later date that is offered at our website and has availability, on the condition that the balance of the course fee is paid before any change of reservation date is requested and/or confirmed.

You can change your reserved training date(s), up to a maximum of 2 times, even if the total course fee is paid earlier. 

Yes you can cancel your reservation before your reserved training starts at our academy. 

Please be advised that the £600 reservation deposit you paid is non-refundable, even if you cancel your reservation before (or after) your reserved training starts. 

If you do not attend or leave the academy during your reserved training session, at any point after the training session starts, a partial or full refund will NOT be offered, even if you paid the full course fee.

GMA semi permanent makeup courses take place at our main training centre located at Brentwood/Essex CM14 4BA. 

We may not be close to where you live, but most of our students with long commutes preferred to stay at nearby hotels located within walking distance to GMA SPMU Academy. The common feedback we receive from our students is; staying at a hotel for the duration of the course allowed them focus on the topics better.
